Hello Biggest Loser

Minus 11.5

Yup, I said it.... I lost 11.5 pounds at weigh in this week. This is after gaining for 2 weeks straight. So I lost what I gained, plus a little more. So how did I post this big loss. Who knows? I'm serious. Being honest, I didn't journal like I should, but I did cut the crappy snacks that I was shoving in my face and focused on "filling" foods. So this week I'm doing more of the same, but getting back in the habit of tracking. I realize that it's essential for me to move forward. I'm one of those, "if I didn't write it down, I doesn't count" kind of girls. Well at least I was in the past. And I know the results of having that habit.

At any rate, instead of rewarding myself with a donut, I decided upon a new workout outfit! I must feed my Fitness Instructor wardrobe, right? You gotta look the part, right? ;) I just need an excuse to shop. My choice this time is a Danskin Now outfit from Wally World (frugal gifts for now).
