It's been a while, but I have been recharged in my efforts by Twin's progression and the success of some of my Zumba students. At weigh-in I found myself down 6lbs! Hooooraaaayyyyy for heading in the right direction. I'm so happy that my body is responding to all this Zumba that I'm doing! LOL I'm dancing my fat into submission!
Seriously though, I am trying to find the balance between eating and teaching Zumba 5-6 times per week. I figured out I was earning about 11 activity points per hour. I'm not an instructor who shows the moves and then just directs the students from there. I like to move and shake just as much as they do!
I have also discovered a very nice spreadsheet to use to track my food. I would rather type than write and I'm not wheeling to pay the extra for E-Tools. The WW Franchise owner does not do the monthly pass thing. At any rate, the spreadsheet is awesome and tracks everything I need.
Goals for this week:
Lose 1lb
REST from the gym at least 2 days
Track more consistently
